Welcome to Pbaytech.org ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using pbaytech, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Eligibility  

- You must be at least 15 years old to use MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers.  - By registering, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete.  - Businesses must provide valid registration and tax details.  

2. Account Registration  

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.  - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.  - pbaytech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.  

3. User Responsibilities  

-Buyers: Pay for orders promptly and provide accurate shipping information.  -Sellers: List only genuine, legally compliant products and fulfill orders as described.  -Prohibited Activities:    - Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation.    - Posting false reviews or engaging in price manipulation.    - Violating intellectual property rights.    - Using the platform for illegal purposes.  

4. Transactions  

-Pricing: All prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.  -Payment: Payments are processed through secure gateways (e.g., JazzCash, credit/debit cards). MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party issues.  -Refunds: Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy.  

5. Shipping & Delivery  

- Sellers are responsible for timely order fulfillment and providing tracking details.  - Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by MOBS - Marketplace of Buyers & Sellers.  - Buyers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report issues within the specified timeframe.  

6. Returns & Refunds  

- Returns are subject to the seller’s return policy and pbaytech Refund Policy.  - Buyers must return items in their original condition with all packaging.  - Refunds will be issued after the seller confirms receipt of the returned item.  

7. Intellectual Property  

- All content on pbaytech (e.g., logos, text, images) is owned by us or licensed to us.  - Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.  - Sellers must ensure their listings do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.  

8. Dispute Resolution  

pbaytech may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.  - Our decision in such matters is final and binding.  - Users agree to cooperate fully in resolving disputes.  

9. Limitation of Liability  

- pbaytech is not liable for:    - Direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use.    - Errors, delays, or interruptions in service.    - Losses due to third-party actions (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers).  

10. Indemnification  

- You agree to indemnify and hold pbaytech harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.  

11. Termination  

- pbaytech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.  - Users may deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting support.  

12. Governing Law  

- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.  - Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Insert City/Region], Pakistan.  

13. Changes to Terms  

- pbaytech may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes.  - Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
